Had James come out to our home on 8/10/16 to flush our water heater that was installed December of 2015 as part of the warranty coverage for free. They do a "courtesy" home inspection it is more of a search for sales. I'm pretty sure there was something wrong with just about every plumbing fixture in our home. Nobody can explain the pricing they quote for repairs and the best part ... we didn't have hot water when they left. We discovered the next morning after some investigation that our electric panel door was left wide open and nobody had turned the breaker back on after they flushed the water heater. If James had been more focused on the real reason for coming to my home, to do the flush for the warranty. Instead of sales I'd be a happy customer. I'll pass using this company again for any repairs. It seems they're only concerned about $$$ That doesn't create a repeat customer. You've received your last dime from our family.
