  • I don't think I've ever been this annoyed with a salon. Ok the service was ok and the staff was ok.. When it came down to pay I asked how much for a pedi? She said 30 if you pay cash and 13 percent tax if you pay with card. I said ok great I'll pay with cash. They add on another 5% on the price when I paid cash. I was like no you said 30 if I pay cash what's the 5% for? She said oh it's just the way we do it. I was like ok fine I'll just pay card then.. She brings the card machine and adds on not only 13% she adds on another 3 percent. So I was paying 16% to use my card. I was so annoyed. If this is how they do business I should have been told from the beginning. If there is a charge to use the machine usually most machines show you there is a charge but all i saw was the total. I would not be using this place it is way over priced if you asked me. And if they have all these rules they should be telling the customer and not be surprised with it.
