| - This is the worst Game Stop we've been to. There's this one employee that just puts the rest of the store to shame. We just went in there tonight, (5/7) to return a system, controller, and some games that just turned out to be an awful experience, and we got this one guy, his name on the receipt said CHRISTOPHER but he wasn't wearing a name tag. He's a bit bigger, shorter, and had black hair. Anyway, we tell him we want to return everything and he said "Are you sure you don't wanna exchange it, I have no money." So we said no we don't, we wanna return it. He gets so upset he starts huffing and puffing and slamming on his keys. We apologize to him and he says nothing to us. He throws a huge hissy fit and won't talk to us, or look at us. He's slamming everything around, slamming the drawers of his register closed, and we felt so uncomfortable. He finally finishes and proceeds to give us our change but he doesn't even tell us the total or count it in front of us. He just hands us cash, and we again apologize and he doesn't say anything. We will never come back again because of his disgusting attitude toward customers. We were going to shop around but not after that. It's a shame, the other employee that was in there was so friendly....It's also a shame because this isn't the first time we've seen him act like this, he clearly hates his job and wants everybody to know it. If you do go in there, just request to deal with another associate.
