  • I AM SOOO DISAPPOINTED IN APPLE...i never expected this... honestly if other phones were as easy to use as iPhones i would switch for sure... the customer service for apple has gone down really bad over the years i backed up my data for my iPhone and the file was corrupted so i took it to the store, (as i had already restored my phone) i asked them what i can do and they couldn't help me with anything. i was in the store for literally 2 hours trying to get help from someone (i did make an appointment) but i needed help for more other things. one of the guys were really rude and said you have to book an appointment for one on one training which is just bull!!! soooooo annoyed of apple right now
