  • This place used to be the perfect shop. I was told if I bought my bike there I'd get lifetime service. That was the first thing to change. The last 3 times I went in to make substantial purchases I also got charged for every minor install or labor. Ok, that's alright, at least they're courteous, right? Well, they used to be. I've been getting bait and switched on prices and today one of the younger guys tells the one working on my bike "don't worry I'll get this guy out of here" and he proceeds to start telling me all the additional problems my bike developed. Oh well. There'll be another shop to trust on yelp somewhere - clearly not here.
