  • This is for the personal training offered at LA Fitness Moon Valley. What a headache! 4 encounters total - 2 late & 2 no shows with some lies & broken promises thrown in. That followed by A LOT of harassment when I asked to cancel my service. Good news, already have a great new prospect outside of LA. This time checking reviews & interviewing trainer thoroughly! Too bad I will probably also be taking my family membership elsewhere too. I liked the overall atmosphere at this gym. They say that they PT services and LA are seperate entities. Even if they are, I tried speaking to LA and they were uninterested in my issue. Bad customer service if this "separate" entity is causing bad reflection on your brand.
