  • One star because zero stars isn't an option. After the first time visiting this einstein's I said I would never come back. They have god awful service. The employees had repulsive attitudes. After a few months, I went back. This time the service was just as bad. I ordered a tasty turkey with no side. What the employee failed to do was inform me that the tasty turkey comes with a side. She was just fine not telling that I'm already paying for the side. Not only that, but the food was not toasted like I had asked, nor cut properly. This is lousy service, a poor excuse for a restaurant, and a group of incompetent employees.
