The first time I ever had Pinkberry was at The Grove in LA. When I heard they were bringing it to Las Vegas and opening a store off the strip, I got really excited. My favorite is the chocolate hazelnut with the chocolate sticks. While the taste is the same, I just never felt excited to come back. The 4 times I've been here since it opened, the customer service felt robotic. No one had ever greeted us with a smile, offered any suggestions, or make any kind of small talk. Each visit went like this: "Hello, what can I get for you? Is that all? Your total is..." in a monotone voice. And my last visit, I had gotten a waffle cone instead of a cup. A few minutes later, my chocolate hazelnut was dripping from the pinky-sized hole at the bottom of my cone and onto my white shirt. I'd rather go across the street and get some Cold Stone where the customer service is always cheerful and friendly.
