  • This company is a joke. I received one of there pressure cookers as a wedding gift a few years ago and we never opened it until today. Upon opening it, we discovered it was defective. We called All-Clad, who refused to stand behind their product and then continued to try and sell me a new unit which would probably be just as bad. I am deeply disappointed in this companies business practices and the quality of their products. I don't recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here. There are many other better quality companies who will also stand behind their products.
