  • My one star original review was taken off by Yelp. I have proof of purchase. Store has a no return policy that is not observable in the store until you read the fine print on the sales receipt. I purchased $250 dollar walking sneakers which felt OK in the store than turned into the monsters that they were. The inserts were simply wrong and the shoe was longer than it should be because I have a wide width. If you take them home and so much as ware them for a minute they are non returnable. In my case the uneven heal soul inserts literally torsion your feet while walking causing a lot of pain. They amounted to a significant loss of over $250. Lesson to be learned. Shop at a store that has an adjustment or return policy. Owner's response sent as Yelp compliment For your review of: Foot Solutions This is a untrue, and incorrect our store has a two week return policy and we do make adjustments. Our store policy is posted in store. I am the owner and was in the store all day and never came across this person. Foot Solutions of Henderson is an honest family ran company. Response to store: I have proof of purchase. I was sized wrong and not able to return shoes. Your receipt is self-explanatory. I needed a wide width which the store did not have. With the current inserts my feet roll over when walking because the base is not wide enough. Based on your comment I should be able to get some correction if what you say is true. My identity is no secret. I would be more than happy to work with you to see if these very expensive shoes are salvageable. If you wish to work with me, that would be a start. You, personally, as the owner, may be honest but the employee I spoke with four days later said "Once worn, they are not returnable" The shoes were purchased on 5/12/2016 Item 400107618632 Joya Receipt RC00001000034604. You can contact me with the charge card info on the Store Receipt as I cannot put personal info on Yelp. So far no contact from the owner as of 9/29/2016.
