  • My family and I have visited North Peoria Emergency Center on numerous occasions for various emergencies and I'm so grateful to the entire staff for their skilled and friendly services. We have received care here for several reasons including scorpion stings, infections, respiratory illnesses, cardiac care and more... and every time we are greeted by such amazing healthcare professionals who show genuine concern and a sense of urgency toward their patients. This location is an extension of Arrowhead Hospital. This is an actual ER with 14 beds which provides extensive services under one roof. They provide diagnostic imaging, radiology and labs. They will take care of your adult, pediatric and neonatal emergency needs and if you need overnight care you will be transferred. I have never spent more than 15 minutes in their waiting room after completing the pre-admission forms. Our visiting times have varied depending on the nature of the visit, which have taken anywhere anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. This location is very well managed, well staffed and also kept very clean. Don't be afraid to walk in and take advantage of this wonderful facility, they'll take good care of you.
