  • Sometimes it's the small things you notice - when calling in, I have to compliment Doris and DeeDee on their phone etiquette. I always like to know who I'm talking to and when they answer my calls they speak slowly enough you can hear their names. It really makes a difference to me and I want them to know how much I appreciate it. Jamie the Vet Tech is also a great asset. You can tell how much she cares about each and every animal she works with. Thanks to Dr. Winn for putting together such a terrific staff.
