  • Tried Ramen Tuesday. We waited for 2 ramen bowls for more than 30 min (Ramen is Japanese version of fast food & should be ready in ~ 10min). My Miso Ramen came out cold. Nothing is worse than cold broth. Posh ramen is not authentic. It seems rather their interpretation of ramen. $12/bowl of ramen is not cheap. Service was slow, unfriendly & inattentive. I wonder if this kind of service is offered with Omakase dinner course menu that I heard usually run $400+ for a couple. I really do not get what the hype is all about. I'll just save the money & eat something better back home in Japan.
