Since moving to the valley 2 years ago I've tried massages from a couple different places and always left feeling slightly disappointed and not really wanting to return.
Well that has all changed now that I've found elements. I had my first massage this week, upon my hubby's recommendation (he had one last week) and was extremely pleased. The staff are all so pleasant and helpful. The facility is nice and clean.
And then there's the massage. I am a tough nut to crack. Not only am I plagued with chronic, daily pain but my mom was a massage therapist while I was growing up so I've had hundreds of massages and know a good one when I get one. My therapist at elements took my needs and concerns seriously and competently addressed the issues I was having that day. I came home sore, which for me, is a sign of a very thorough therapeutic massage. Just the way I like it. I spent the rest of the day resting and drinking water as instructed. The next day I woke up in less pain than in weeks so I know she did the trick!
They also offer relaxation massages if that's more your style. But for me, massage is indeed 'therapy' for my chronic pain and she definitely helped me. I really am looking forward to returning and honestly am feeling pretty thankful I found elements.
