  • Both locals and friends who have visited Montreal all reccomended we try their smoked meat while in town. Now where to go? The concierge at our hotel suggested Reuben's. This specific location offers a large restaurant dining, where the other is more like a deli with booths. Worth walking the extra 1/4 mile. The service was so fast! Our drinks, taking our food order and food being served in under 30 minutes. Our server was so nice and patient, answering many questions about the Poutine, famous brisket and more. The food was outstanding. I swear it was the best sandwich I have ever had. Perfectly toasted bread with melt in your mouth BBQ. My husband felt the same about his Famous sandwich.
