In this day and age when customer service has become so exceptional at retailers like Lululemon, Apple, etc...this place has stayed true to its roots in snobbery, talking down to customers and being rude to children. The guy in the store became defensive, rude and arrogant from the moment I simply inquired about the return policy and was even ruder when I left, snapped at my 7 year old daughter.
I gave him the feedback that I walked into the store prepared to buy a pair of $300 shades, but the way he communicated changed my decision.
Note, I walked in there after winning $25k on the Masters and didn't have sunglasses on me, so he literally had to "unclose" me.
Please at least don't bring your kids with you if you go to this store.
