Very disappointed! I wanted to take my son and grandson to a new place for breakfast. Such a waste of money and time. First I have to say the restaurant itself is cute. I loved the umbrellas on the ceiling. Very unique and adorable. That's the only thing I could say I actually liked.
The service was the worst I've ever had and I mean worst!!! As soon as we were greeted by the server (christine) we felt her negative vibe. You could tell she didn't want to be there. She even rolled her eyes and started looking around the restaurant while we were taking to her. I was really hoping my son wouldn't notice because he's super picky about customer service. As soon we'll she walked away he's like "Did you see that"!!! Unfortunately I did. Not once did she not ask us on how our food was. When they (her and another server) dropped our food she didn't even ask if we needed anything else. My son waited 10 minutes after our food was served to get sour cream. He tried getting her attention....She looked right at him and walked away. Finally he just got up and went to go ask the cooks for the sour cream.
The food was not worth the $44.00 we spent. I had the red velvet pancakes with a side of eggs and bacon. I specifically asked the server to make the bacon well done. Didn't happen. The pancakes were hard and crispy. Really pancakes crispy!? Ugh. My son had the steak omelette I think. He said it was ok but not worth the money.
All in all I would never go back to this establishment. The service alone killed it for us. Then to have mediocre food ugh. Honestly there's so many good places in Vegas to eat breakfast... believe me I'm a native and have been to plenty. Try somewhere else!
