  • I've stayed here before the renovation and most recently, after the renovation. What an update! The (renovated) rooms are now beautiful and modern - I don't know if the whole hotel has been upgraded, so be sure to ask for a new room. I appreciated little touches like outlets in the side of bedside tables so you don't have to find some awkward place to charge your phone. Robes were fabulous. After many experiences with dingy, low pressure showers in other hotels, this shower was particularly wonderful. And the service was friendly and kind (concierge, housekeeping, front desk). Especially with fabulous location and direct underground access to the subway, this is a great Toronto hotel choice for anyone.
