  • The worst service is no service. Waited over an hour. At the beginning we were told they were short staffed (totally understandable), had no ice (okay?), and we could seat wherever (cool). Sat outside, got poked by a trees. After half of the wait and NO attention, I moved inside, got a menu and sat while my group followed. The owner comes up to me (FINALLY ATTENTION), but just to ask if I would be using all the seats...wft?? I told the owner my group and I were waiting outside for 30 mins with no service. He just said okay, can back to wipe the table, then no service again. The food in the pix looked great, the food and even water served to others looked great, but we honestly felt invisible. Just the worst and we were all excited to try out the place. Oh and at one point the owner came back from buying two bags of ice and blocked cars in the process. Just walked out, and went to brat haüs, got served in less than one min with ice in our waters.
