  • I was visiting a week long, everything was fine until some driver hit me from the back then my muffle on a rental car became loose, I went to this shop and received help from Thad and his co worker they helped me no questions asked and at the end I tried tipping but they said they were not allowed to be tipped ( that sucks) so here I am writing this review, there's still human out here with good hearts... I recommend all and every car problems should go to the big o tires shop to be repaired jus ask for the nice guy THAD. And AGAIN his name is THAD
