  • So me and the wife went in to donate and the lady at the front for New Donor say I can't because my ID don't match my SS card doesn't have a JR at the end then she asked me to sit and wait with my wife and as we are sitting there keep in mind there is 18 chairs 5 people are sitting in them including us and she had another rude sorry extremely rude lady say if your not donating get out go to the other side do I have to have the security guard remove you lol... Told the wife let's go this plece no respect for donations and treat you like your a crazy criminal unbelievable. Never again going to do that. If I could give you a 0 star I would have. This place sucks! Find someone else American Red Cross donations center here we come
