  • I'm not particularly fond of this location but received EXCELLENT customer service when needing a spice to prepare Gumbo. My husband posted himself in the spice isle content to look through all, but I had no patience and stopped a store employee. She said they didn't have it - hmm okay - game over...NOT! This lady proceeded to call every store in the area and located the spice at........now this is the amazing part..........not another Fry's store..........she found it at Basha's. I've always been a Fry's shopper, but when an employee takes the better part of 15 minutes to help and then sends you to a competitor, it adds a ton of cement to the "glue!!"
