  • Started off a bit rocky. No show on date outdoor painting was to have started, no call, no text. I had to contact them. I had taken the day off to be present for the work.....so I was a bit miffed. Supervisor said if the work could be done the next day he would take photos of the work as it was happening and send them to me. I thought this was a good compromise. Well, he did take the photos and they did patch and prime as I had wanted but the photos were not provided until I asked, 3 times ,and it was after the work had been completed. Also, the person who was to come and do walk Thru with me the next day was also a no show. No call, no text ..... Communication leaves something to be desired. Having said all that, the work that was done was Excellent. There was not one drop of paint where it didn't belong. They were fast and extremely neat. All corners where there was a color change were done with razor sharp perfection. My home looks wonderful. If I had to rate on painting job alone.. It would have been 5 stars.
