  • Very disappointing interaction with the staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Ft Mill SC. I am local to this location , pulled in to check it out for recommending to friends and family that travel to this area. I was met by a very rude gentleman that was interested in why I was there with no reservation and no intention to stay that day. I am so confused,,,, we have three new hotels....Hampton INN and Marriott which both have been very nice to me stopping in and checking them out briefly..... As a person that finds value int honest and decent human interaction, this particular incident is disturbing to me that I was so quickly rushed out and off property since they did not understand my wanting to get a brief look at the facility. I am a very decent reviewer of places I truly like, and rarely post a negative review...this incident demands I post a negative review.... Unacceptable, oh and unable to enter on one side of the parking lot due to a chain and rope system that does not make sense based on the direction I came to it by way of the mapping on my phone.
