  • This restaurant has AMAZING tacos/food but HORRIBLE service. This disconnect makes it very hard for me to make up my mind about this place. I have been 4 times between mid April and mid June. PROS: A big variety of tacos, a lot of them are unique and combine great flavors you don't see everywhere else. Love the shrimp and the carnitas/pork. Great chips and Salsa. The margs are really delicious and refreshing also - good portion size and no sugary syrup. Nice atmosphere and patio. CONS: I have had a different server everytime so it isn't just one person bringing down my review. I feel like the servers have to be reminded of what there job is. It should be automatic to bring by chips and salsa or at least ask if the table wants it. I ALWAYS have to request this. The drinks take a while and often the waitress comes back a second time to double check the drink order. Mainly I feel that they are unattentive and just don't put a lot of effort into customer service which is really too bad because it is a great place. I am not high maintenance and do not ask a lot, but I do like to be served. Whenever I bring someone new here I always add a disclaimer "You will love the food, but just as a warning the service isn't great" so that the person will want to stick around for the course to be served. I will continue to come here and eat the delicious tacos that I love so much, but will also continue to get extremely annoyed with the staff. This place has amazing potential if they could just work that kink out - it would be perfect. **UPDATE August 2012 - At the beginning of the month I took some friends here from out of the country. Our food was very good and I am very happy to say that we had great service. I didn't recognize our waitress and I wish I would have gotten her name. She did a great job, was attentive, and was very polite. Made the experience so much better!
