  • I'm a first-time homeowner, and want to make sure my house stays in tiptop shape. I called Sonoran Air, who installed my AC unit, and they referred me to Goettl. Apparently Sonoran has stopped doing maintenance work, and focuses on installs, and Goettl has taken over the maint side. The tech, Efran, came out this morning - earlier than my scheduled time, actually, and walked through the AC system. He explained how the system works etc, which was helpful for me, this being my first house and first time with central air. I signed up for their goodguys club, because they'll come out every six months and provide a discount on any services. It came out to $162 a year, which I think is fair insurance for my system. Also includes the plumbing folks (Sunny Plumber) to come out as well and inspect/test everything. They'll be out in two weeks to do that. Overall I was impressed. I would give a higher rating but thank goodness, nothing was wrong and needed repair.
