  • Awful customer service. And ridiculously high pricing. I made an appt for a Friday morning several days in advance. They decide to move my appt and leave me a voicemail the day before. So I wasn't happy about having to replan my day. Because of this I called to clarify, that I only want the 75$ estimate, I do not want any work done (my schedule wouldn't allow).....the receptionist proceeded to clarify that it was 75$ for the first 15 minutes of the estimate plus 65$ per hour if it takes him longer than 15 minutes to provide the estimate. I decided to cancel. My experience was terrible. I wasted time with their company which was frustrating. I am still confused about their pricing since other landscaping/irrigation companies are much better and even give free estimates.
