  • I called my home warranty company for a leaking pipe/pressure valve. Just pluming called the next day and sent Jeremy out to fix it. He was young, super nice and very knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the problem and even had to replace pipe because of the difference in size from the failing unit. All i can say from the other negative reviews, I had great customer service. If the rest of the techs are like Jeremy then the company has listened to their critics and taken care of issues. I will call them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or neighbor. Kudos Jeremy, keep up the GREAT WORK!
