  • CenturyLink needs to pull out of the Las Vegas market until they can pull it together. Within 30 days my internet has been out 4 times, for a couple of days each time. Every time was an "outage." Just to give you some feedback from my experience. I pay for 60MB, my speed test says I'm running at 18mb. Why exactly am I paying for 60MB then? I decided to do some of my own test. So I turned on my Verizon hotspot and did a speed test on it. My Verizon hotspot was working at 9mb. Yes, my Verizon hotspot is running at half the speed of my CenturyLink. I'd expect CenturyLink to triple pass my Verizon hotspot, you are an internet provider after all. After 4 outages within a month of installing service, I canceled, within their 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
