  • Beware of FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I went to Pinnacle Nissan look at an SUV that was advertised for $17,000- all was well until they came back with their trade in offer for my truck, which was less than half of the lowest blue book trade in value. The next day, a manager called me and asked me to bring it back in for another look (because apparently the person who had appraised my vehicle was not an appraiser at all, but another sales rep) so I did- against my better judgment. After wasting more of my time, they were still $1500 away from the lowest KBB trade in value, AND I had the pleasure of learning about the extra "fees" they add to the asking price. Apparently the actual price of this vehicle was $18,971. Almost $2K more than advertised!!! (Note: these fees are in addition to the items mentioned in their disclaimer: Sales Tax, Title, License Fee, Registration Fee, Dealer Documentary Fee, Finance Charges, Emission Testing Fees and Compliance Fees are additional to the advertised price.) There were several other oddities that occurred over nearly a week of going back and forth with these clowns but the point is, I am urging you to save yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere. They can't even be honest with the asking price, who knows what else they will try to pull on you. Read the other reviews if you'd like to learn about that, I'm actually glad now that I never got to that point.
