  • I warn you... stay somewhere else!!!! The Hotel rooms are filthy!!!! We stayed in the new remodeled room. Room looked nice, but were sooooooooooooooooo dirty!!! There was hair and shampoo in the shower from the previous people!! The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time we showered!! The mirrors where still covered in toothpaste and grim from whoever was previously in the room!! There was still toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom! There was brown substance (I'm praying to GOD it wasn't fecal) on the wall by the toilet paper roll in the bathroom. There was someone's Contact Lens wrapper on the floor by the entrance door. The rug was not vacuumed!! I could see peoples crumps, nails, etc. all over the rug!!!!. I did not even want to walk around without shoes!!!! We called the front desk to ask them if they could switch us rooms or comp something. The best they could do was wave the $34 resort fee and give us a $40 food vouchers we didn't even get a chance to use. I left with various bite marks all over my body! I pray there wasn't bedbugs, but I couldn't muster up the courage to look around the bed. The new remodeled rooms are not worth the price if you have to stay in a disgusting, unsanitary, filthy room. Stay away...
