  • Booked to stay for 3 nights, got to our room and it was filthy. There was food crumbs on the floor and the baseboards had dead bugs and food stuck to them. Then we noticed crayon markings all over the walls along with a hole in the wall that needed to be patched. Next we found hairs on the bathroom floor. I went and complained about the room and they gave us a different room which was better but still subpar. The second room's comforter had a big brown yellowish stain, hairs again on the bathroom floor, and bugs in the tub. Obviously cleanliness is not a priority for this hotel. Seek one of the cleaner hotels located near it instead.
