| - Would give a zero if I could. Bought new tires, and had them installed, aligned, balanced.
Drive home. shakes, and pulls to the right.
take it back the following day.
"oh, our guy who does that isnt here, come back tomorrow."
well, it was the weekend, and couldnt do it, so had to wait till monday.
take it, re do everything, guess what, pulls to the right and shakes.
"it is supposed to pull to the right" they tell me.
third time. 10am appt, guess what, no one there, and now it is 6 hrs later, and i still do not have a car.
they offered me a take home car, but they were "out of rentals" so i had to go to the west valley (not sure how) to get a rental.
they can go F themselves, this place is a horrendous joke.
UPDATE: After two days of no answers or no calls back, I went back to pick up my car. Guess what? NO SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. NO REFUND WAS ISSUED. Took the car to a third party company, a local tire shop to get the work done. Guess what they said. They histerically laughed at the work tha twas completed and asked me, "Who did this work? They obviously have no idea what they were doing and must have been their first day on the job." Qulity was dismal, and the balancing weights were 100% incorrectly installed by Nissan. They fixed my tires for FREE, as they have just now gained business from myself, and all my cars. Adios Nissan, to hell with you!
OH, Dear Rhiana who contacted me via Yelp below on June 21...
You obviously are nice in your Yelp messages, however, get out from behind the desk you sit at and contribute something to the business besides simply looking good with a smile. You obviously have no idea what the hell is going on, as the name, and number your provided me was no good. Our deareset Bobby in this case, is out on "vacation" until further notice as of 10am June 22. I called, and was relayed that message. I suggest you either A) Learn who is there and is not there. B) Issue refunds instead of apologies, or my suggestion, C) Find a better company to work for, as you can obviously navigate a social media website and more importantly a computer with proper grammar. Your to-date education far exceeds those around you, especially your superiors which has been clearly noted. You can do better than Yelping for Nissan, as they obviously do not care about the quality of their work, or their customers, clearly from their high marks on this website (insert sarcasm).
