  • Customer service has really gone downhill since the previous owner (Annie) left. She had made all these promises to me, but when I went to pick up the new dress, the new owner refused to keep the promises that Annie had made. Poor customer service - will not be back and would not recommend to buy here. The dresses are from China and you could get similar ones from AliExpress for a fraction of the price!
