  • They always delay delivery and even if they are out for delivery of my package, it would be the end of the day. Last weekend, I lost my cell phone, and my phone company sent me a replacement. The package arrived at UPS Mesa on 12/3/17, but after 70 hours, I was still expecting the package. I called them couple of times, and was given the same information as it appeared online; I then emailed them, they did not respond. I will tell my phone company and everybody else not to use UPS because they suck! At the end of today, 12/6/17, I still did not get the package and UPS rescheduled the delivery again. Unbelievable!!! They are so unreliable and untrustworthy.
