  • Would not stay here again. The Good --- Some of the staff really great. Always freshly washed bedding including top quilt. Free hot breakfast. The Bad --- Kind of dirty rooms. Had to wipe out drawers before putting our clothing in. Large open shelf underneath the sink was absolutely filthy. The Ugly --- Some of the staff VERY rude and surly, I would fire them if it were my hotel. Going out for a while at 9:30 am I informed the front desk that we were going out and asked for our room to be cleaned while we were gone. Returned at 2 p-m and nothing had been cleaned. LOUD CROWD partying with alcohol at the common area outdoor fire pit loud enough that we couldn't sleep. Called front desk at midnight to complain and they said they would send security. Nothing happened. Called AGAIN at 1 am and again was told security would be sent. Again nothing happened. It finally broke up around 2 am. There has got to be some kind of rule against LOUD late night partying with alcohol in the common areas right ??? It is a nice hotel right on the riverfront but it needs BETTER stricter management.
