  • Wow wow wow I had the most negative and bizarre interaction with a technician on the phone! While I was telling him what happened to my ac unit he cut me off and said, "You just don't shut up, do you?" I was shocked and didn't know what to say except "what?" He repeated it again and went on asking for my address as if nothing had happened! I even apologized if I had cut him off. I explained to him that I could barely hear him so it wasn't intentional. Before anything was confirmed I wanted to set things right with him. I apologized AGAIN for interrupting him and said if he showed up at my door I needed us to be cool, and that meant he couldn't say those things to me because it was disrespectful. I was in the middle of saying I wanted us to respect each other when he HUNG UP. I felt compelled to write this review. In fact it's my first one. Please understand that he's not just someone at the office he's a tech. If you make an appointment with this company you will have to deal with this man-child at your house. This happened last Thursday, the 27th.
