  • I have called Hector, from Techcool for three different repairs, on three different homes, in the past year. (y home, for a neighbor, for a son) In each case, a return call was quickly received and an estimated time of arrival given. Each arrival was on or before the expected time. Each repair price estimate was very fair, and the following work performed in a very professional manner. I might add the my home was an evening call, my neighbor's home was on a regular business hour time, and my son's home was a very hot weekend afternoon. In all cases, I was very satisfied with both the work and the price. Hector will remain my "go to" guy for AC, and plumbing in the future.
