  • Contacted this place as I was referred by a friend who btw no longer goes here. In any event I received a call back and was immediately told that I needed to put down $50 non refundable before I could make an appt. I was traveling so didn't get a chance to log on and make the deposit. I contacted the shop to let them know I would make the deposit later in the week when I returned home from traveling. I was told that appt. was never made since they didn't receive my $50 (not a problem-weird but not a problem for me to put down $50) I was then asked to provide requested date for appt. to see if it was still available so I did but never received a response back. Crickets, nothing, so needless to say I went somewhere else which I was quite happy I did. Plus, an experience like this right from the gate says a lot about the client experience that I may have endured in the long run. Not worth it as there are too many talented stylist out there. Something to be said about good customer service and responsiveness.
