  • Horrible service department. Bought a Nissan murano from them a few years ago and since then the service can be described as amateur. Saw that my transfer case was leaking. They said it should be resealed. $1200 and half a year later it's leaking again. This time they say it's from a different area and fix it under warranty. 4 months later it's leaking again. This time they say the whole thing should be changed ($4500) which is what they should have recommended the first time since there's a TSB released regarding the transfer case from the beginning. Last time I go there for anything.
