Stayed here just one night while I was visiting Toronto. Got a good rate online and also upgraded to a south facing balcony room for only 5 bucks more, also on the hyatt website. Parking is $25 a night and its park yourself after you've checked in. Big cars would be tough to park in the garage. Check in wasn't a big deal, was asked if I wanted the key to the balcony and I said yes, had to fill out a waiver for it. Elevators are being renovated at the moment so they are kind of slow.
Room was nice, on the 19th floor (guest rooms are floors 9-20.)
The entire south side of the room was ceiling to floor windows with amazing skyline view and the CN Tower! Very cool! Everything was very clean and nice. The room was kind of awkardly laid out with the bed close to the door and the closet and bathroom around the back of the central tv area. Internet is $15 for 24 hrs.
CN Tower and Rogers Centre are only a few blocks away, same for the Entertainment District and Queen Street. Eaton Centre is about a 15 minute walk. Theres a Starbucks in the lobby. I didn't try any of the hotel restaurants. Everyone in the elevator the next morning was hungover it semmed lol. Workout room is decent, had a number of cardio machines, free weights, and machines. The small outdoor pool was not open this time of year.
This is a nice hotel but its probably not worth paying full price for. If I was paying over $200, you could do better. But, the location is good if you're going to an event near by.
