It's obvious BofA are phasing out human interaction when all they have are these completely incompetent office staff working in these locations. Even the managers, in particular Tina, will lie to you in order to placate you in the moment, without properly assuring what she says is actually true. Due to her and her staff's incompetence, I had a sizeable check deposited twice, and subsequently removed from my account (while the original deposit was on hold, which took thousands of dollars out of my account) and held funds from a cashiers check for two weeks. In order to rectify the problems created from the staff at this branch, I had to spend hours on the phone with customer service and weeks without funds.
Just avoid these morons.
