  • WASTE OF MONEY! They give you an hour long sales pitch about how start to finish they are the best and use top of the line everything. Well we ended up with our floors done but we also ended up with broken base boards, chunks of our newly painted wall taken out, grout all over our walls and toilets, and a huge mess to clean up. They sent one person out to clean up after we complained and he barely did anything. The price is not worth what you get! And they do not address any issues you bring up, they simply don't answer your calls and don't call you back. Crapiest customer service I've ever seen. We will NEVER be using them again.
