If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. I am very specific in my instructions to the person cutting my hair. The "stylist" failed to meet 2 out of 3 of my instructions. Not only that, she did not ensure the top was all evenly cut, nor did she even look at cutting off my side burns. She seemed more interested in the messages on her phone than what she was doing to my head. What's worse is that this is a cut a week before the wedding that I am a part of. She knew that because of the conversation we had. I decided to go to another location to get it fixed and they wanted to charge full price. This is the second time a Great Clips "stylist" was unable to follow my directions. DO NOT EVER GO TO ANY OF THESE FRANCHISES. First choice offers to fix it for free even if the bad experience did not occur at the location you go to get it fixed.
