  • Went to ticket busters to take my brothers ticket in. He lives out of town and couldn't handle the ticket himself. They made the process so easy and were extremely friendly. I knew I didn't have to worry about the course of the citation as they had it handled. A couple months later I received a letter via email, as well as through USPS, and they were even able to dismiss one of the violation on the citation and reduce the other violation to no points!! Overall the staff is awesome and completely competent and although I hope to never use their services again I'm glad to know there is a business out there who cares for their customers!
