  • Had a couples massage with my husband yesterday and overall a good experience but a few things feel could have been better. I work at a competitor Resort in Scottsdale and Four Seasons is a definitely a beautiful property. The spa is pretty small and not many amenities, they have a steam room, sauna and showers. But you can only enjoy amenities with the opposite sex if you book the couples suite for a massage. Everything else is gender specific. The massage themselves were fantastic! Wished we could have had a longer massage. The couples suite experience was also great. We bought a package that allowed you to use the suite 30 mins prior to your treatment. There was a jacuzzi tub, steam room/shower and sauna. It would have been great to have a glass of champagne or wine before and or after the treatment included in the package. Our relaxing afternoon was quickly ended when we went back to valet to get our car. We were the only other guests waiting and stood there for 10 mins while the valet was getting someone loaded into a car. We were never greeted or even asked to patiently wait. Another group of people walked out for their car and they were instantly greeted. The valet took all of the keys from both parties. The other groups car came right up and we still waited another 5 minutes for ours. Was very frustrating to have such a wonderful spa visit but then have such a silly thing like valet put a damper on our day.
