  • I recently dined here on a Tuesday night with colleagues for a private business dinner, and overall the experience was average. The decor is pleasant and inviting, and the staff are courteous and attentive. The food, however, isn't anything to write home about. Our menu consisted of the crisp artichoke salad or chilled cucumber and avocado soup appetizer, the steak with fingerling potatoes, or the arctic char with lentils and peas, and to complete the meal, either the sorbet with berries or the banana strudel with ice cream. Overall, the food was presented well, but lacked flavour, spice, and innovation. I felt that it was a dining experience that I could easily create at home where I could modify it to my liking, and wasn't worth the price paid.
