  • We got there and it was so hot you were sweating just sitting there. It was really unbearable. it stayed that way through the entire party. I thought that since you purchased the birthday package that everything would be included except the laser tag and golf. Not so, my sister was charged per child for the bounce area on top of the birthday package. There were not that many games and there were a bunch of empty areas throughout. Very disappointing. The food service employees were rude. I chalked it up to being extremely hot. The other employees worked hard and tried to keep up good appearances. Customer service and word of mouth are big pluses when you own your own business. I was shocked that the owner was not more apologetic for the heat. I would have talked to the party, apologized for the air problems and maybe given a 10% discount. Instead she informed us that it always get hot when the ovens come on. I could take the kids to the park if we wanted to be hot. I personally would NEVER go back. Sad because it use to be a good place to take the kids.
