One of the finer establishments in this city, and I'm not saying this because I won (I did not). I love the eccentric external architecture of the building. The inside was clean with plenty of garage parking, there was a live (decent) band that streamed on all the TVs throughout the different floors. They had touch screen roulette...how cool was this!?! You can hold hands with your buddy and place their virtual chips for them...sending electrical current through you both. No one knocking over your chips anymore! But 'are they stealing my fingerprints' kept going through my head between rounds. The place has a "happy and colorful" vibe with random huge statues placed sporadically aboot and people were taking selfies with them without getting escorted out, eh. There is also outside areas where you can smoke while overlooking the city. Alcoholic drinks are NOT free, but living in the moment is;)
