  • I called Snap Towing at 1:56pm on Thursday, July 18, 2013 for a tow across town to the Jeep dealership in Henderson. They said it would not be towed for 2-3 hours, which was fine because I was at work until 5pm anyways and the dealership service department closed at 6pm. I figured even if they picked up the car at 5pm there would be plenty of time to get the car to the dealership. Well, when it started to get to be almost 4:30 pm and no tow had showed up, I called them to just follow up. Seems there was no record of me in the system, even though I gave the girl (Nancy?) answering the phone my name, address, address to take the vehicle, make, model, etc. I explained my predicament, needing the car to be at the dealership by 6pm. They offered no solution, told me it would be another 4 hours. When I asked "should I just call another company? I don't want to wait at my office until 8pm for a tow to a closed dealership" the girl's response was, "uhhhhh". What a horrible company to leave someone stranded for hours, evidently never take down their information, never call them to apologize or do any customer service. Never use this company, they are horrible.
